  • Who will be the driver?

  • Is it possible to transport only luggage?

  • Is it available on the same day?

    The last day to apply is 5:00 p.m. on the day before the event. No reservations can be made on the day of the event. Please note that even within the above deadline, we reserve the right to refuse your application due to lack of space or other reasons.

  • What about insurance?

    he insurance coverage shall be in accordance with the insurance coverage provided by the car rental company. If you need travel insurance other than that for transportation services, please request and obtain such insurance separately.

  • Can pets ride with me?

    Please consult us in advance. Please keep your pet in a cage in the luggage space or at your feet during your stay. We may not accept some types of pets. You are responsible for the care of your pets. We will not be responsible for the safety of your pets.
    We may ask you to put a sheet under the cage if necessary.

  • Can you make a travel itinerary for me?

  • What is the driver's meal cost?

    The driver's lunch will be paid for by the driver himself, so the customer does not need to worry. If overnight stay is required, the driver's lodging (including evening meal and breakfast) is at the expense of the customer.

  • How much does it cost to accommodate a driver?

    Please make your own arrangements or we will make arrangements for you. If you exceed the budget below due to difficulty in securing inexpensive parking in a city or lack of business hotels in the vicinity, we will make a prior offer to you. In any case, we will ask for your prior approval. The total cost will be the cost of lodging, breakfast and dinner, and overnight parking.

  • What is the driver's response time to customers?

    In the event that the hours are longer than 8:00 to 19:00, an additional fee of 1,800 yen shall be charged for each additional hour.

  • How long are the cancellation fees?

    Cancellation fees are waived up to 8 days in advance and are as follows
